I created the Flash-based application called "Picto" for the blog service, Jugem.
In this application, you can make your own pictograms (gif & png), animation gifs, and animation swfs. If you are trying to use it, you have to sign up for one of Japanese blog services called Jugem, so it might be hard for some of you. So I mentioned the things I did in this application.

1) to automatically create a gif and png based on 16 x 16 pixel pictogram drawn in Flash

2) to automatically create an animation gif based on the combination of some pictograms (up to 16 frames)

3) to automatically create a swf that is equal to an animation gif
